They are omnivorous fish that grow large (up to 12 inches) and are semi-aggressive, requiring a large aquarium (at least 75 gallons is often recommended) and a varied diet of flakes, frozen foods, and algae. They Are Great Compnions With Large South America Cichlids, Like Oscars.
